This new amazing apartment is in the heart of one of the fanciest neighborhoods in Rome and only 200 meters away from one of the most important Basilicas of Rome: the church of Santa Maria Maggiore and at only 10 minutes on foot from the most known and wonderful monument of Rome: the Coliseum!

Very close to shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, restaurants and very nice little bistros, this flat will offer you the unique opportunity of truly living the city like a local, while still enjoying all the comfort of very attentive staff during your stay.

The flat is very big and spacious since it is approximately  970 sqft and it is located on the second floor (with elevator) of a high-class building and was completely renovated in January 2017.

As you can see from the pictures, the apartment is tastefully decorated with modern furniture and it has two beautiful bedrooms with queen size beds (160x200 cm) and high-quality mattresses (both beds can become two twin sizes).

The flat is provided with air conditioning and the large living room also has an additional queen size sofa bed (160x200 cm) and a dining table for up to 6 people.

The bathroom is equipped with a big and beautiful shower and a washing machine and the kitchen is fully equipped with an Italian espresso machine, a fridge/freezer unit as well as all the other necessary appliances.

We also provide clean towels and linen for every guest included in the price, and you can find a hair dryer in the bathroom. An iron and an ironing board are also provided.

The area is incredibly gorgeous and is very well known in the city for its very nice and unique shops, bistros and restaurants.

Two subway stops for both lines of the subway are very close on foot:

- Vittorio Emanuele for the A Line (red) and

- Cavour for the B line (blue).

Both are at a 5 minutes' walk and will get you to Termini (Central Train Station) in only 1 stop.

Smoking is NOT allowed in the apartment.

Check-in is at 2 pm and check-out is at 10 am.

Late check-in (after 8 pm) is 30€.

Late check-n (after 11 pm) is 50€

Starting April 1st, 2018 Roman Authorities have decided that tourist accommodation taxes are due by guests of hotels, holiday homes, and bed & breakfasts. This tax is due for every night spent in Rome's accommodations. The above-mentioned Roman Tourism tax (3,50€ per night per person) is NOT included in the price and has to be paid in cash upon arrival.
