Description

Trendy and beatiful apartment in one of the most wonderful areas in Rome.Ten minutes on foot to the "Piazza Navona" or "Campo dei fiori" , in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of the eternal city, you cannot ask for a better stay in Rome!

With its unique character, Trastevere remains one of the best areas in Rome to sightsee the city and enjoy its nightlife.

The apartment is absolutely fantastic, completely renovated in September 2015, it is located on the first floor of a typical Roman building, and has 2 bedrooms with double queen size beds (that can be also separated in one bedroom), and 2 en suite bathrooms.

The very big living room with kitchen can host 2 additional people on a very comfortable queen size bed.

Amenities include heating system, wireless high-speed internet connection as well as double glazing windows.

We also provide clean towels and sheets for every guest, complimentary soap and shampoo, and you can find a hair dryer in the bathroom.

The apartment also has a very big kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher, a gas stove, a fridge/freezer unit and a washing machine is installed in one of the bathroom. An iron and an ironing board are also provided.

The Roman Tourism Tax (3.50€ per night per person) is NOT included in the total and has to be paid in cash upon arrival in order to avoid an extra commission online.

Check in is at 2 pm and check out is at 10 am.

Feel free to submit us all your inquiries and questions, we will answer right away or still within one business day.

We provide a written guide to both the apartment and the neighborhood, with tips and advice for restaurants, bistros, pubs, grocery stores, supermarkets and many other wonderful places!

Trastevere maintains its character thanks to its narrow cobbled streets lined by ancient houses. At night, natives and tourists alike flock to its many pubs and restaurants, but much of the original character of Trastevere remains. The area is also home to several foreign academic institutions.

Highly recommend. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. It’s also a solid choice for the winter - well heated by the radiators, the beds were firm with thick comfy blankets, and the shower had lots of hot water. Communication with Andrea was smooth and he always responds quickly. We had a little issue with a leaky radiator and he had it fixed that day itself (on Christmas Eve no less!). Aside from airport transfers, he also arranged transportation to Villa d’Este with a few days notice. A note to those traveling with toddlers: we had our almost 3 year old with us and this was a great choice to stay. A cot was provided and easily fits in the master bedroom. The location is quiet, with no worries about disruption of naps and sleep. The apartment is 5-10 mins away from a great playground, supermarket, and children’s bookstore that has a little play area at the back.

Perfect location in Trastevere. Close to the nightlife in the area but in a quiet street. Andrea was very nice, going out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. Would definitely recommend.

Great apartment, in a perfect location to explore Rome. The neighborhood is great with lots of restaurants and cafes. Highly recommend.

The best! Best location, best accommodations, best neighborhood, best host! Our time in Rome wouldn't have been as wonderful without this apartment! Special things about this apartment: 1. Two complete bedroom suites (that close off from the rest of the apartment) and have full bathrooms attached 2. Very family friendly neighborhood. Playground near by and very few steps to get into apartment and none once inside. One member of our group has mobility issues and this place was a breeze for her! 3. Very comfortable beds! And super clean and wonderful apartment. 4. The hosts: they were just wonderful. Helped answer questions, gave a amazing overview of the neighborhood and Rome, and were just great. Highly recommend.

We did not meet Andrea, but his colleague Luca met us in front of the apartment. He explained everything about the apartment and showed us points of interest on a map. For a family of 5, having 2 bathrooms was very convenient. There is central heat and it wasn't on yet during our stay. A bit chilly in the morning, but ok. There are tram line 3 and 8 nearby. Also plenty of bus lines, but they are unreliable due to traffic. We walked everywhere. We ran into 1 minor issue with the apartment but Andrea and Luca were very responsive and resolved everything very quickly. Overall a very good experience

Great place in a beautiful neighborhood and within walking distance of the best to see in Rome.

Perfectly located flat to check out Trastevere neighbourhood. After a day walking around it was nice to come back to a spacious 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom flat to relax. Quiet at night too since Trastevere is full of bars.

Great location!! Super clean! Andrea really was outstanding in his communication and advice. He even made us reservations for his favorite restaurant. So helpful and quick to reply. Thank you!!

Merci à Andrea, très à l'écoute et très réactif à toute demande même tardive ! Nathalie s' est empressée de nous recevoir et renseigner.

Loved our stay in Andrea's apartment. Although we didn't meet in person, Andrea was very quick to respond. Communication was great. Andrea even arranged for our airport transfer both ways, which helped us quite a bit. The apartment itself is big - two bedrooms/bathrooms separated by a large living area/kitchen. The location can't be beat - on a nice quiet residential street just a few blocks from the action of Trastavere. The neighborhood has a lot to offer - boutique shops, markets, bars, and restaurants galore. And it's just a few minutes walk to the bridge to see all the more touristy attractions of Rome. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you want to see the local side of Rome.

Andrea's Trastevere apartment enhanced our stay in Rome wonderfully. We were welcomed by the terrific Claudia, who gave us a crash course on the area. The apartment is clean, well appointed, and really quite large - it would comfortably house 4 guests. But the best thing is the neighbourhood - our stay in Rome was made all the better by staying in Trastevere. Countless quality restaurants and bars (eat at Da Enzo and thank me later), terrific vibe at night, and you're within walking distance from all of the main touristy bits. Highly recommend Andrea's apartment, would gladly stay here again. Exceptional value for money.

We had a comfortable stay! It's clean, and in a fantastic location. The communication was phenomenal, they made our stay and departure easy. If anything, it's a place for a family of (URL HIDDEN) for two people it's almost too much space. Thank you Andrea for making our stay wonderful.

We had a great stay at Andrea's. The apartment was very clean with all of the necessities provided. The check in process was smooth even though I was traveling with my sister and she was checking in before me. The host communication was easy via (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN). The apartment itself is located in an apartment complex in a quiet corner of Trastevere, less than 5 mins from the action but isolated from all the noise. The sofa bed was comfortable and we asked that one of the double beds separated to use as twin beds. It was all set for us when we got in. The bathrooms were clean. Overall a great stay. A bottle of wine was provided as a welcome gift too!

This was a great experience. I have been to Trastevere at least six or seven times. This was my first time with my nearly teenage girls and husband. Although a block from all the action, this apartment was completely quiet. Also, Andrea and his colleague were very responsive and helpful when needed. I took the advice of a friend to book an airbnb and am happy I did. I was very worried about where we would end up but was pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend this apartment if you want a spacious and quiet place in the middle of all the action.

My friends and I are very happy with our stay in this appartment! Andrea and his colleague were very kind and helpful! Good location in a nice neighborhood. No complaints! Would very well recommend this place to anyone!

I would like to give a special thanks to Andrea and his colleague Nathalie as they were both incredibly responsive to all our requests during our stay in Rome. As we were travelling with a 6-month baby, it was even more important for us that the 'situations' we incurred were dealt with in a responsive manner. Andrea did an excellent job as a host. Thank you.

Andrea responded immediately to my inquiry and communicated with me prior to our arrival to let me know who would be meeting us. He also arranged to have someone drive us to and from the airport, a cost that ended up being about the same as public transportation would have been, but so much more convenient. The apartment was perfect for our family of four - extremely clean ad comfortable. The kitchen was equipped to handle our morning breakfast making. The best part was the location. We spent a lot of time exploring the area around the apartment, finding lots of great restaurants for dinner. And it was an easy walk to a bus with stops at the sights on the other side of the river. The area felt very safe.

We had a wonderful few nights in Andrea's flat. Excellent location in Trastevere, still reasonably unspoilt by tourism. Good local places to eat and walking distance of all you could want to see.

Andrea's apartment was lovely - exactly what we needed for a Rome vacation with two teenagers. The neighborhood was quiet, but close to everything, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Andrea organized transportation from the airport for us, we were met at the apartment and shown everything when we arrived (which was all easy and lovely), and it was incredibly helpful to be able to do laundry and fix meals. Thank you!

This apartment was great. Lots of space and perfect for large families or groups. The pictures are good representations of reality and the bright open space of the apartment feels great after a day running around Rome. Despite Trastevere's reputation for being loud and crazy, this is nicely tucked away on a back street that is tranquil and quiet. However, the restaurants and markets that give Trastevere it's reputation are just a few steps away. Super markets, bakeries, and pharmacy are all super close as is public transport. Andrea and Chiara were both super helpful in taking care of us and addressing in questions or concerns we had. Definitely recommend this place for those traveling to Rome.

Review of Andrea. This manager (Andrea) was terrific. He made sure we were well attended and promptly complied with all our requests! The apartment was very new, clean & quite. It is located in a perfect part of town (Trestevere) as it is only about 100 meters from the Basilica, shops and restaurants. The street is quiet and convenient. It is easy to get to the tram and bus stops for access to the center of Rome. A open market is very close should you want to cook yourself. The kitchen is well appointed. The beds are firm and comfortable. It is on the ground floor and very secure. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you Andrea & staff
