This charming 3 bedroom apartment, located in Via Baldo Degli Ubaldi (in the Vatican Area), is literally 2 minutes on foot from the Baldo degli Ubaldi Metro "A"station, and 20 minutes on foot from the Vatican Museums.

Very close to shops, supermarkets, markets, grocery stores, restaurants and very nice little bistros.

The flat is approximately 1300 sqft and it is located on the first floor of an elegant Roman building and has a balcony.

The apartment has been completely renovated in November 2015 ad it has 2 double bedrooms (with queen size beds) and a very big living-room with a queen size sofa bed. It also has 2 bathrooms (one en suite), both equipped with a shower.

You can also find a washing machine and a very nice and fully equipped kitchen.

As for the amenities, it is provided with air conditioning, heating system, flat TV screen, wireless high-speed internet connection as well as double glazing windows.

We also provide clean towels and linen for every guest, and you can find a hair dryer in the bathroom. The kitchen is fully-equipped with an Italian espresso machine, a microwave, electric boilers, a fridge/freezer unit as well as all the other necessary appliances. An iron and an ironing board are also provided.

The apartment is absolutely gorgeous and very centrally located, and represents the ideal accommodation for a family or a large group of friends visiting Rome and wanting to have some privacy compared to a hotel or a B&B.

The neighborhood is very safe due to its proximity to the Vatican and very well connected with public transportation.

Check-in is at 2 pm and check out at 10 am.
