This is a fantastic little apartment in a great suburb. Testaccio is like a little village inside (URL HIDDEN) close to public transport, great shops and restaurants, and walking distance to the centre of Rome. The apartment is has everything you could need, including a balcony and well-functioning air conditioning, which in August in Rome was a real blessing. Highly recommend this place, especially to anyone looking for a more "Roman" experience during their stay.

We really enjoyed our time in Rome at Andrea's apartment. It had everything we needed and was close enough to walk everywhere!

Experience was absolutely fantastic. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Location is perfect (about a 20 minute very easy walk to the colosseum) and is surrounded by amazing restaurants and bars. Andrea is the an excellent host - having locked our keys in the apartment, he came and let us in personally within 20 minutes (its was 20:00 on a Friday night) - this level of customer service is unparalleled and I cannot recommend this place and Andrea enough.

The apartment was as lovely as the pictures show and had a great feel about it. The neighbourhood was lovely and quiet and only a few minutes walk to the nearest metro with great, quick links into the city centre. We were met by Luca on arrival who showed us around the apartment and also spent time providing us with information on the area and some maps etc which was a much appreciated touch. Thank you, Nicola and Charlie

Andrea is a great host who answered all our queries very promptly and also put together a list of useful addresses and restaurant recommendations for Rome. Andrea was also able to arrange a car pick up from the airport and to take us back there for the journey home. We were met by a colleague of his, Luca, who was also fantastic – even when we locked ourselves out on the first day!! The apartment is lovely – the balcony gets sun most of the day, which is great. Will definitely be back when we return to Rome!

I stayed in this apartment for 3 weeks in May. It is more or less as pictured, perhaps a bit shabbier but OK. 2 things to consider: it is on the 7th floor, hence nice views and balconies, but also the elevator broke down twice during my stay. Also the bathroom is a little small...not unusual in Italy ...but the toilet is behind a door. The location is great, convenient to all transportation, still walkable to centro, and all of testaccio. Lots of good food, nightlife. Overall, a good choice if this is the part of Rome you want to be in for your visit. It is enough outside of centro to be more real/ less touristy.

This apartment is absolutely adorable. The photos really don't do it justice! The balconies have lovely views, and the apartment is spotlessly clean. The neighborhood is really nice, it's got an organic grocery store around the corner in one direction and a regular grocery store around the corner and down a block in the other direction. There's a super high-end gourmet deli a block and a half away, and a major subway stop about three blocks away. Andrea and his staff are super professional and kind, and all of our interactions with them were great. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I were very happy with Andrea's apartment, which was clean and in a good location (15-20 minutes walk from the Colosseum and close to Piramide metro station). Andrea's friend Giulia (who speaks English and French very well) was there to welcome us and was extremely nice and helpful. She gave us a map of Rome and showed us where we should go beside the obvious landmarks. There are some good restaurants in the neighbourhood so no need to go very far from the apartment in the evening after a long day of walking.

This flat was a fantastic introduction to Rome for me. It is spacious and had a roomy porch. I cooked in the kitchen and the bathroom was larger than most hotel bathrooms. The bed was firm, but not too firm, just right. Andrea's friend Claudia checked me in and made sure I knew my way around with lots of hints. It is very close the metro and don't forget to see the Protestant cemetery just a block away, where Keats and Shelley are buried. The local food scene is marvelous.

The flat is OK. Clean and big enough for 2 people. The area in Roma is great. Regarding the decoration, a bit more old fashioned than what it looks in the pictures. The kitchen could be better equiped also.

Lovely, light apartment in a great neighbourhood. Clean and comfortable. Great to have a balcony and view too!

Nice, efficient and clean apartment with a lovely balcony. Seventh floor with lots of light. Well-enough furnished and equipped, in general great value for the a good price. Prime location in the center of Testaccio, close to restaurants, and a short walk to the Piramides metro station. Coordination with Andrea was swift and easy-going, despite a serious incident with the taxi driver Andrea had offered to send for airport pick-up (suggest just taking a normal cab and meeting with Andrea or his staff at some point).

The flat is very neat and well decorated. Very convenient to get to the touristic centers with the bus stops a few minutes walk from the flat. All amenities for a domestic stay are in a 5 minutes radius. If you want to have a feel of Rome without being in the crowded areas, this is it.

the apartment is as pretty as shown in the pictures and tastefully decorated with all amenities. we had a very comfortable stay. Andrea was always quick in responding before our trip and also during our stay when there was a question. we hope to come back one day soon.

We were warmly welcomed by Nathalie, Andrea's colleague who showed us all we needed. Staying in Testaccio was a wonderful way of living the true Rome: also to find even warmer people and much less touristic prices. The apartment is lovely very well laid out with good views.

Andrea's place is even prettier than what's shown in the pictures. The apartment is lovely and tastefully decorated with all amenities. I had a very comfortable stay. Also, the place is well connected to the tourist destinations through bus, taxi and metro so moving around won't be too difficult. I also liked it because it a lil away from the main attractions and hence actually gave me a chance to understand the city and meet locals. Also, Andrea was kind enough to arrange for our pickup and drop to the airport which was very convenient. Thanks Andrea :)
